Delivery timelines and shipping costs are as follows
• Express Delivery: 1 to 2 working days.
• Standard Delivery: 2 to 7 working days.
• Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday only (except for Federal holidays)

• Nishat will not be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at the time of order. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping details. Any loss of the package due to an incorrect address will not be covered by Nishat.
• Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, Nishat will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or misplacement of the package after delivery
• For any concerns related to your order, customers must contact our customer support department within fourteen (14) days of receipt at nishatlinenusa@nishatmills.com. Requests submitted after this period will not be entertained, and Nishat shall not be held responsible for any delivery issues, package loss, exchanges, or returns.
