EXCHANGE

  • Customers can exchange the products from the Nishat online and Nishat Display center once within 14 days from the date of order placement within the same category, subject to stock availability. If the desired product is out of stock, Nishat will issue a coupon for the same amount.
  • Sale items can be exchanged, but customers must pay the price difference if applicable.
  • Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Receipt is required.
  • Exchanges must be made in the same country where the original purchase was made.
  • Exchanges will not be processed during the first 3 days of sales/promotional events.
  • All items will undergo inspection by our Nishat Online warehouse quality control team. Items that are used, washed, mishandled, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Nishat reserves the right to reject returns and exchanges if proper care instructions are not followed.
  • * Nishat will cover shipment costs for damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders only. For all other reasons, customers are responsible for return and exchange shipment costs. 

RETURNS

For online purchases: Customers have 14 days from the delivery date of their order. To return an item please use the return label enclosed in your order to send the items back to us (Nishat Warehouse: 4010 Bluebonnet Drive, Suite # 200 Stafford - TX 77477). Items purchased online cannot be refunded in the display center.

For Display Center purchases: Customers have 14 days from the purchase date to request a refund. Refunds can be processed at the display center only where the same product category is available.

Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Receipt is required.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your items to reach our fulfillment center, upon which you will be notified by email. In case you do not receive an email, please get in touch with us at nishatlinenusa@nishatmills.com or Customer Care at +1 (832) 847-2284.

Additionally, allow an extra 3 business days for the refund to be processed. Just so you know, the refund amount may take 7-14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Returns are not applicable on redelivery or refund after 14 days.

 

ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it by contacting Customer Care at +1 (832) 847-2284 or emailing us at nishatlinenusa@nishatmills.com. A full refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Once the order is shipped, you will receive confirmation by email, including tracking information. At this point, our Return Policy will come into effect.

Please note that Nishat reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons, including but not limited to:

  • If the item(s) you ordered are out of stock at the time of processing.
  • In the event of pricing errors or discrepancies.
  • If payment via credit card is declined by the issuing financial institution.
