Return Policy :

For any return inquiries, please contact our Customer Service team at nishatlinenusa@nishatmills.com. Kindly include your Order Number and the reason for return or exchange in your email. Our team will respond within 12 business hours with detailed instructions.

Important Guidelines:

  • In-Studio Purchases: Items purchased directly from our studio are eligible for return within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original condition with tags attached.
  • Online Orders: We currently do not offer exchanges for online purchases. However, customers may return items within 14 days of delivery. Once the returned item is received and passes our quality check, we will issue a refund for the item only (excluding shipping costs).
  • Please allow 2-3 business days to complete the return process and initiate the refund. Just so you know, the refund amount may take 5-14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
  • Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Returns are not applicable on redelivery or refund after 14 days.
  • Please note: Coupons and store credits are not issued as part of the return process.
  • Returns must be made within the same country where the original purchase was made. All returned items will be inspected by our Nishat Online warehouse Quality Control Team.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a return or exchange.
  • Items that show signs of use, have been washed, mishandled, or are not in their original condition will not be accepted.
  • Nishat reserves the right to reject returns and exchanges if proper care instructions have not been followed.

Shipping Costs:

  • Nishat will cover shipping costs only for items that are damaged, incorrect, or incomplete upon delivery.
  • For all other return or exchange reasons, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.

Exchange Policy:

Customers may request an exchange for products purchased through Nishat Studio only within 14 days from the date of purchase. Exchanges are only allowed within the same product category and are subject to stock availability.

  • Nishat reserves the right to reject any return or exchange if care instructions were not followed.

ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order within 3 hours by emailing us at  nishatlinenusa@nishatmills.com. A full refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Once the order is shipped, you will receive confirmation by email, including tracking information. At this point, our Return Policy will come into effect.

Please note that Nishat reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons, including but not limited to

            ·       If the item(s) you ordered are out of stock at the time of processing.

·       In the event of pricing errors or discrepancies.

·       If payment via credit card is declined by the issuing financial institution.
