At Nishat, we prioritize ensuring the quality of our products for our international customers. Currently, we do not have a return policy for international orders due to our stringent quality control processes. Each product in an international order is meticulously inspected by our Quality Control (QC) department before packing and handing it over to the courier. This ensures that our customers receive products of the highest quality.

Refusal of Delivery:

If a customer refuses to accept an order at the time of delivery, Nishat is not obligated to return, refund, or compensate the amount of the order.

Exchange Policy (Special Cases):

In exceptional circumstances, if an exchange is approved, customers are required to dispatch and return our products to our operations facility based in the Nishat International FZEE (Free Zone Companies), Zone # MO0741 Northern Region, Street # 205, Jebel Ali, UAE. Upon receipt, our team will further inspect the returned items. If any issues are found, the customer will be facilitated accordingly. It is important to note that return charges along with all duties & taxes are to be borne by the customers.

Sale Items:

Articles purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange or return. All sale items are considered final sale.

We do refunds and the refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Refund Process: When a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 2 weeks. If you have not received a refund in the said period please check your bank account as the refund process period may vary from bank to bank. It may take some time before the refund is posted.
