Do I need to create a member account?

You can browse our website, add items to your basket, and place an order using guest checkout without creating an account. However, creating a member account offers the following benefits:

·       Faster and easier shopping experience

·       Ability to save delivery addresses

·       Access to your complete order history

·       Track your order status before dispatch

What if I forget my password?

Click on “Forgot Your Password?” on the login/sign-up page. Enter your registered email address and click “Reset Password.” Instructions to reset your password will be sent to your email. Once verified, you can create a new password.

How can I update or edit my shipping/billing address details?

Log in to your account and click on “My Account.” From there, you can update or edit your personal details, shipping/billing addresses, and password. Changes can be saved for future orders.

How do I place an order online?

To purchase a product from the Nishat eStore:

1.     Click on the item you wish to buy.

2.     Select the required size and/or color.

3.     Click “Add to Cart.”

4.     Once the item is added, click “Proceed to Check out.”

5.     Enter your delivery details on the checkout page. Please ensure you provide a valid email address and contact number.

6.     Select your preferred payment method and click “Place Order.”

How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

Nishat eStore uses an automated email confirmation system. After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order summary, invoice, and order number.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, your order may not have been placed successfully. Please contact us at nishatlinenusa@nishatmills.com for assistance.

Why does an item in my cart show as unavailable?

Adding items to your cart does not reserve them. Products remain available for purchase by other customers until checkout is completed. If an item becomes unavailable, you will be notified during checkout and will need to remove it from your cart to proceed.

Can I cancel my order?

·       You may cancel or modify your order while you are still browsing by updating or removing items from your shopping cart.

·       Once the order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled before dispatch. In this case, the order will be delivered to you, and you may return it if needed. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.

What payment methods do you accept?

Nishat eStore accepts the following payment options:

How secure is my personal and payment information?

Your security is our top priority. All pages that require personal or payment information are protected using SSL encryption. To verify a secure connection, look for the padlock icon in your browser’s address bar.

·        What currency is used on the website?

All prices are displayed in GBP, inclusive of applicable GST.

·        How long does delivery take?

The standard delivery time for all orders is 2–3 working days.

·        Which courier service do you use?

All orders are shipped via USPS Courier Services.

What if I am not available at the time of delivery?

Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice at the provided address. Please ensure that your address and postal code are accurate at the time of placing the order.

If both delivery attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to the following address:

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email. You can track your order by visiting the UPS and  USPS  websites and entering your tracking number.
