·       Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition, with tags attached and proof of purchase. ·       Lost shipments: If your order is not received within 10 days, please inform us immediately. Claims made after 10 days will not be entertained, and we will not be responsible for lost shipments.
