·       Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition, with tags attached and proof of purchase. Our customer support team will review your request and respond with the complete return process and assistance within business hours.

·       Refunds: Processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item; refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

·       Lost shipments: If your order is not received within 10 days, please inform us immediately. Claims made after 10 days will not be entertained, and we will not be responsible for lost shipments.

·       We reserve the right to offer promotions or sales at any time throughout the year. We do not provide price adjustments, store credits, or partial refunds for items purchased at full price that are later discounted. If your item is eligible under our return policy, you may return it at your own expense for a refund of the original purchase price.

·       Shipping Costs: Covered by Nishat only for damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders; customers are responsible for shipping costs for all other returns or exchanges.
