·       Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery, for unused items in original condition with tags and receipt. Returns should be sent to 4010 Bluebonnet Drive, Suite # 200, Stafford, TX 77477, and tracking details must be emailed to nishatlinenusa@nishatmills.com.

·       Refunds: Processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item; refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

We do not provide price adjustments, store credits, or partial refunds for items purchased at full price that are later discounted. If your item is eligible under our return policy, you may return it at your own expense for a refund of the original purchase price.
